Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit Commercial Motor Technicians to work within a prestigious insurance organisation in North Tyneside.

You role will be to assist in the general administration of the policies of all fleet and other commercial clients. Managing inbound telephone calls and emails from brokers and clients. Providing an outstanding level of customer service in line with regulatory requirements and adhering to the service level agreement. Offering appropriate quotations both renewal / new business and handle broking files as and when required.

The right candidate for this position will have good organisation skills both written and oral, ability to take ownership of possible problem issues before escalation. Ability to work under pressure when required to react to workloads. Good knowledge of motor insurance and conversant with RTA. Ability to identify and refer any potential fraud as per the money laundering rules.

This position is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
