Commercial Litigation Solicitor opportunity is available with a large Manchester based law firm that operations nationally and internationally within the commercial litigation market.

You will be working on high value disputes across a variety of sectors and business types and cases range in complexity. Ideally you will have worked in the majority if not all of the following types of case: shareholder disputes, alternative dispute resolution, banking and finance disputes, company disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery, injunctions, IP disputes, and professional negligence.

Skills and experience required:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor, NQ to 3 years PQE, with commercial litigation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal principles and court procedures in relation to general litigation.
  • High court litigation experience including pleadings, hearings, disclosure, and witness statement preparation.
  • Client facing attributes including strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised around time recording, billing, recovery of costs, and disbursements.
