This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established firm with a growing offering.

As part of the firm's highly regarded Litigation Department, you will be given the opportunity to develop your career, working on a varied caseload of Commercial matters including general litigation, consumer disputes and property matters to name a few. You will work alongside very reputable partners and be given first class mentoring as you build upon your skill-set.

Key responsibilities:

to see clients, take instructions and advise

1to prepare and deal with cases from inception to conclusion including full responsibility for those
matters allocated to you

2to supervise Paralegals and Legal Support in setting out tasks

3to be familiar with and operate and comply with any quality procedures the firm operates

4to comply with any Health and Safety procedures the firm operates.

5undertake other duties as may be required from time to time by the Partners to ensure the smooth
running of the firm

6to be familiar with all rules relating to the Professional conduct of solicitors

7to ensure that your professional continuing education points are up to date.

8to ensure Money Laundering procedures are adhered to and any suspicious circumstances reported
to the MLRO.

Candidate specification:

This role is perfect for a candidate with 2- 4 years experience of managing your own commercial litigation caseload, having qualified as a Solicitor or having obtained Ilex qualification or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be an individual with confidence in managing a variety of litigation matters along with a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills, with the qualities of an effective supervisor.
