Our client, is a well-established and dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional commercial legal services in the greater north-west area. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on client success, they are currently seeking an experienced commercial litigation NQ Solicitor to join their talented team.

The Role

This role will play a crucial role in supporting assistant solicitors and partners in all aspects of commercial litigation including contract disputes, property litigation, contract disputes, insolvency, professional negligence and contentious probate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling diverse commercial litigation matters, and possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation. They may not have worked across all aspects of commercial litigation, but must have good breadth of experience, together with a keenness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling own caseload under supervision.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
  • Communicating with and updating clients, dealing with third parties and court correspondence.
  • Providing administrative support to team, especially during disclosure, trial preparation and hearings.
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Performing legal and factual analysis to support litigation strategies.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in Commercial Litigation.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
