Commercial Lawyer - 3PQE

Great Opportunity with one of the leading international law firms who are seeking a mid-level (3 years PQE) associate to join their London team, contributing to leading transactions and providing regulatory advisory services.

The role involves handling technology, outsourcing, and commercial deals, with opportunities for general corporate support and regulatory advisory work, particularly in data protection.

**Depending on expertise, the candidate may also lead M&A/joint venture TMT deals.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and negotiate transactions with minimal supervision.
• Draft complex legal advice for clients with limited oversight.
• Provide commercially sound legal advice tailored to client needs.
• Engage directly with clients across various industries.
• Play an active role in business development planning and execution.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Ideally around three years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Experience in TMT, Data, and Outsourcing within a leading private practice firm.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of commercial awareness.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
