 We have a fantastic opportunity to join a truly independent award-winning insurance broking group in Worcestershire.

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Executive to join the business and inherit a book of long standing existing clients and also have the drive to seek out those new business opportunities

THE ROLE

  • To provide first class service to clients and prospects and deliver solutions focussed advice to develop your book of business
  • Work within a strong and well establishedteam of insurance professionals to provide help and support to each other
  • To work in partnership with customers to fully understand their business and their specific insurance needsto deliver exceptional and innovative insurance programmes
  • To work within the region to raise the profile of this broker and help make them the go to insurance broker in the area

THE CANDIDATE

  • An Account Executive/Senior Claims Handlerwho is ambitious and wants to progress in their career within a dynamic and forward thinking company
  • Goodtechnical knowledge of cross class insurance programmes
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
  • Good Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate as part of a team and celebrate success together
