Our client is a Highley regarded staunchly Independent Insurance Broker who are Owned by a Dynamic Entrepreneurial Team of Directors who due to year-on-Year Organic Growth are looking for an Account Executive to Develop and Service their own Book of Commercial Insurance Business - This is not a KPI Driven role as you may find with some other Brokers our client is looking for candidates who can become part of and Grow with the Business

To enable you to be successful in the position our client is able to offer the following-

• A Market Leading Base Salary and Bonus structure which will reward you in the first year on New Business Income delivered and on New Business and Renewal income in year 2 and after
• Our client has an Established Marketing and Lead Generation Team which will supply you with warm Qualified Leads and Appointments to allow you to Generate New Business
• Access to all the Major Carriers, Lloyds Markets and Exclusive Access to our clients Bespoke Commercial and Corporate Schemes which will allow you to Develop UK, European and Global Business - Premiums usually 20k upwards
• A Broking support Team working alongside you to obtain terms from the Market, Submissions and to assist on Development and Renewals and the Day to day Handling of the Book of Business
• Access to a suite of Marketing Products and a Bespoke Industry Leading IT Infrastructure
• Our client has the Highest reputation with Insurers and Carriers and their Book of Business which delivers Profitable business to its carriers enabling them to concentrate on Developing and Servicing well run and Managed Business and you will not be chasing Distressed Business
