A superb opportunity for an experienced Gas Maintenance Engineer with commercial experience has arisen to join a leading Mechanical building services contractor, based on the outskirts of Marks Tey Essex. The type of individual they seek for this role is an experienced professional with demonstrable knowledge and a track record of success as a Gas Maintenance Engineer and has experience with both Commercial and Domestic Gas projects. The successful candidate will join the existing team of ten, reporting directly to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
·Routine and re-active maintenance of Commercial and Domestic mechanical services systems.
·Correct and timely diagnosis of faults.
·Provide technical advice and support to office staff in order to assist with administrative duties.
·Assist where necessary with the preparations of quotations and Maintenance Agreements.
·Assist with main contract installations where necessary.
·Assist the Quality and Compliance Supervisor to ensure training records are kept up to date and training is completed successfully.
·General plumbing duties.
·Assist the Maintenance Manager to ensure teamwork is maintained throughout the whole department.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained form a similar position and have the following
·Have experience with both Commercial and Domestic projects.
·Be GAS safe registered (holding commercial and domestic core qualifications)
