One of the UK's largest and most successful Mortgage Brokerages has an opening in their Commercial Finance Department for a Commercial Finance Broker.
The role will be covering Scotland and the North East of England. You will be responsible for assisting new and existing clients in obtaining Commercial Finance, Bridging Loans, Development Funding, etc..
There are over 150 Mortgage Brokers across Scotland and the North of England to refer potential Bridging, Development or Commercial Lending enquiries on to you. You will also be expected to generate business from new sources and build relationships with key clients and partners.
The role can be home or office based, the package designed to reward the individual for their hard work and has an OTE of £80,000 - £100,000 pa. The successful candidate must have proven success in previous Sales roles and preferably have experience in Commercial Lending, Bridging Finance, Asset Finance or Commercial Mortgages.
