Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer seeking a stimulating opportunity in, Liverpool? I am currently hiring for a full-time, on-site role with potential for growth and advancement. As a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer, you'll handle a diverse range of commercial property matters, including commercial conveyancing, leases, secured lending, and development agreements. You'll also cultivate strong client relationships, both with existing clients and new prospects.
To thrive in this role, you'll need at least 4 years of experience in commercial property law, along with proficiency in areas such as conveyancing, leasing, and disposals. Excellent communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure. Additionally, a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team are crucial.
