Job Title : Commercial / Operational Manager
Location: Cambridge , Hertfordshire , Norfolk
Salary : £50- £65k plus car and benefits - 12 month Fixed Term Contract with every possibility that the role may materialise to permanent.

The Role : Working alongside the Municipal Director supporting and advising your knowledge across Bids , Operations and ideally the Collections and Street Collections of many local authority contracts. This role will be two-fold : spreading yourself between the Central Services Bid team within their Bid resourcing eg challenging bids , the efficiencies and looking at all Operational issues / concerns and general challenges. The other part of the role is very similar however you will be working and more importantly leading a small team on local L/A bids with the same criteria involved.
The Ideal Candidate: My client is looking for an individual that has energy, understands Local Authorities , worked closely with Operational bids and can lead and support a team. It is paramount the individual has a gravitas and credibility due the level of exposure this individual will require .
