The Role:

As a Development Executive in our Insurance Department, you'll have the vital task of servicing a dedicated client portfolio in commercial insurance. Your multifaceted role includes managing renewals, invoicing, cross-selling insurance products, addressing mid-term adjustments, and ensuring client satisfaction. Beyond client servicing, you'll actively cultivate new business opportunities, support existing key partnerships, and uphold FCA compliance for revenue generation. This position offers dynamic challenges in building long-term client relationships, shaping strategic plans, and retaining business through efficient renewals and claims support. Stay updated on insurance classes and maintain professional relationships with insurers while promoting top-tier customer care. This exciting role offers a unique blend of strategy, client relationships, and technical expertise in commercial insurance.

The Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of commercial products
• Prior experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Handler in a similar broking environment
• Client interaction expertise in both face-to-face and telephone settings
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (Cert CII), with a willingness to pursue further qualifications
• A full driving license
