NJR Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable and leading brand in the insurance broking arena who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their team based out of their offices in Central Manchester.

The Role:

As Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service in line with your client's needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring an exceptional broking service is provided to clients at all times.
• Identifying and introducing products and services to meet client needs
• Utilising your personality and relationship building skills to develop a professional rapport with key client decision makers.
• Managing your own client portfolio, identifying and delivering on areas to grow and develop your book of business.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong commercial insurance broking experience in an Account Executive capacity, with a proven background of developing excellent client relationships.
• Good technical insurance knowledge and experience of larger, corporate risks would be fantastic.
• Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner, and the ability to listen and engage with the needs of clients.
• Be client centric, with a core focus on delivering a first class service on all occasions.
