Collections Account Manager (OMNI) - Basingstoke

We are looking for Collections Account Manager to join the team in Basingstoke. This is a shift based role - 37.5 hour week. Mon-Fri (8am-8pm) and 1 in 4 weekends with a day off in lieu.

As the Collections Account Manager you will be responsible for the following;

  • Maintaining integrity of case load
  • Effectively collect arrears on accounts using all tools available whilst maintaining the sole of service and TCF - I&E forms, Agreed call backs, Every Message and/or Trace activity
  • Identify, manage and resolve customer complaints to a high standard
  • To carry out all actions in accordance with the firms’ policy and Service Level Agreements
  • Working closely with the other colleagues to ensure that the business is focused on enhancing the customer and client experience
  • Escalation of challenging accounts to Collections Manager
  • Ensure adherence to internal/external compliance and audit requirements

What we look for when hiring a Collections Account Manager;

  • Previous Collections or Debt recovery experience
  • Understanding of best practise within the financial services industry
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Great communication skills (Written and Verbal)
