Currently we are looking for Collections Account Manager to join the team in Basingstoke, located 5 minute walk from the train station or an option for parking on site.

Shift based role - 37.5 hour week. Mon-Fri (8am-8pm) and 1 in 4 weekends with a day off in leiu

As the Collections Account Manager you will be responsible for the following;

  • Maintaining integrity of case load
  • Effectively collect arrears on accounts using all tools available whilst maintaining the sole of service and TCF - I&E forms, Agreed call backs, Every Message and/or Trace activity
  • Identify, manage and resolve customer complaints to a high standard
  • To carry out all actions in accordance with the firms’ policy and Service Level Agreements
  • Working closely with the other colleagues to ensure that the business is focused on enhancing the customer and client experience
  • Escalation of challenging accounts to Collections Manager
  • Ensure adherence to internal/external compliance and audit requirements
