Salary: £15,997 - £18,288 starting salary with Benefits & Bonus

In the Collections Advisor job, you will speak to customers who are in debt, negotiating affordable payment plans to resolve the situation. If you put yourself in the customers shoes you will be able to get a really good understanding of how they have got into the situation they are in. This will then enable you to work out the best plan that is specific to that particular customer.
Your role will be to talk with customers about a wide range of banking, finance, insurance, utilities and retail products and services. The focus will be on having quality conversations with callers, via inbound and outbound calls and giving them the best possible experience.
There is lots of training and support on hand to help you do the very best job, if you are looking for a business where you can really build a career then this could be the job for you. You don't necessarily have to have worked in a call centre before and if you have relevant customer service experience gained in another environment then you'll be a great addition to our existing 420 strong team.
