Location: Coylton, Ayr

Salary: Up to £18 Per Hour

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a CNC Turner on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing precision components from drawings and computer models.
• Generate, load and modify CNC programs on the machine.
• You will set up tools, load materials and carry out the efficient machining of components in a timely manner.
• Identify and report on any drawing errors, suggest process improvements and ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Doosan, Puma or CNC Lathes.
• Programming knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
• Time served with evidence of experience in precision engineering environment.
• Proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
