CNC Turner - Ely - Attractive salary

ALH Recruitment are looking for a CNC Turner for our client who lead their market, based in the Ely area of Cambridgeshire.

CNC Turner

Our client is looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to programme, set and run CNC machines with Fanuc based control systems. The successful applicants should have served an apprenticeship or gained a high level of experience in machining.

For this particular section of our Turning department you will need experience of some if not all of the following types of machines; Driven Tool, Chuck and Bar.

You must be able to work to tight tolerances and be responsible for the quality of your own work.

You must be able to read and understand complex drawings and have a good eye for detail.

The ability to work well within a team and have good problem-solving ideas is also essential.

Although you will be working as part of a team you will need to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
