About the Role: Adecco Bournemouth is currently seeking skilled and motivated CNC Turners with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join one of Dorset's largest Precision Engineering Companies. As a CNC Turner, you will play a crucial role in the production process, utilising your expertise to operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to perform various machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and achieve production targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a CNC Turner or similar role in a precision engineering environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC turning machines.
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
