Adept are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company that prides itself on precision engineering and cutting-edge technology.

They are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner with expertise in setting and operating twin spindle, twin turret Mazak machines, with a specific focus on Hyperquadrex models.

Shifts: 2 week rotations of Day and Night Shifts

4 Day Shifts: Mon-Wed (6am-4.30pm), Thurs (6am- 3.30pm)

4 Night Shifts: Mon-Wed (8pm-6am) Thurs (8pm- 5am)

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Set up and operate CNC machines, primarily Mazak Hyperquadrex, ensuring precision and efficiency.

- Work with twin spindle, twin turret Mazaks, meeting tight tolerances and quality standards.

- Adjust, and troubleshoot CNC machinery as needed.

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills: **

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner with a focus on Mazak machines.

- Proficiency in setting up and operating twin spindle, twin turret Mazak machines.

- Specific expertise with Mazak Hyperquadrex models is a minimum requirement.

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience: **

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Mazak machines, specifically Hyperquadrex.

- Experience with a quick turn setup is highly desirable.
