Position Summary:
CNC Machinist responsible for machining blocks and casings for Voith and NT products.
Inspecting equipment, materials, and products using metrology tools such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
* Operating and programming Rottler and milling machines.
* Reboring engine blocks and internal bushes of connecting rods (conrods).
* Rebore and sleeve Voith transmission casings.
* Requalifying diesel engine connecting rods.
* Regrinding and polishing 6-cylinder diesel engine crankshaft journals and flywheel flanges.
* Dressing and balancing grinding wheels.
* Performing basic TPM (Total Product Maintenance) tasks.

Candidate Requirements:
Practical mechanical aptitude with experience in CNC machining
Ideally - in reboring, sleeving, and requalifying engine components such as crankshafts and connecting rods.
