The role – Cloud Integration Engineer

The salary - £70,000 - £75,000

The location – Edinburgh

Hybrid working, 3 days on site a week.

We’re working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to add an Integration Engineer specialising in cloud computing, primarily Azure. The successful candidate will have experience with Azure software integrations, CI/CD pipelines and development experience using C# and will use their skills to analyse system requirements to understand client integration needs and create new design specifications off the back of that.

Your day-to-day:

• Analyse system requirements to understand integration needs.
• Design and develop specifications based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain API’s to ensure software applications can communicate.
• Write code to ensure data compatibility.
• Review, analyse and modify programming systems.
• Manage software upgrades and updates to ensure ongoing compatibility.
• Support the implementation of application programs.
• Test, troubleshoot and debut integration systems.
• Create documentation for integrations and configurations.
• Provide high level technical support for developed software.

About you:

• You’ll have experience with cloud computing and services, such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Development experience utilising C#.
• Experience with scripting languages in particularly Powershell.
• Experience working to client requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support out of usual hours implementations.
