They are recruitng for an experienced and qualified solicitor with 0-3 years+ PQE and applicants must have demonstrable experience of managing a caseload of the full spectrum of Clinical Negligence matters, or to have gained experience of assisting in such  matters during their Training Contract. 

Skills/Knowledge Required
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, c.0-3 years’ PQE.
  • The ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of legal principles and court procedures in relation to clinical negligence work.
  • The ability to prepare and plan cases at all levels of court in connection with clinical negligence work.
  • The ability to undertake advocacy before District Judges and where appropriate Circuit Judges in connection with clinical negligence work.
  • The ability to determine appropriately the need for experts, agents or counsel to be instructed upon issues which they are to address.
  • The ability to understand and put into practice LSC Franchise requirements.
