Clinical Negligence Head of Dept - Bolton

Our industry leading client is offering and amazing opportunity for a talented, motivated and suitably experienced candidate to join their successful team as the Head of the Clinical Negligence department dealing with high end clinical negligence claims. The firm prides itself on the provision of an excellent service to all clients throughout the process and the successful candidate will replicate the organisations values and standards.

Responsibilities to include:

· Manage a caseload of high end clinical negligence claims/multi-track cases

· Provide strategic advice to clients whilst adhering to safeguarding

· Review all relevant documentation with 100% accuracy and attention to detail

· Build and manage strong relationships with colleagues, clients and industry professionals

· Manage the department with a focus on growth and continued success

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years PQE with a proven track record in Clinical Negligence matters.

· Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the capability to deal successfully with a diverse client base

· Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach

· A strong commitment to delivering a first class service and achieving positive outcomes.
