Job Purpose:

To lead all non-clinical aspects of the day to day running of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance and customer/patient experience are met at all times.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Work with the clinical team to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimise patient care pathways and processes.
  • Liaise with the clinical governance lead to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards is maintained
  • Support the Ops Lead with the ongoing development and management of a comprehensive Risk Register to identify and mitigate risks across the full spectrum of the operation and beyond.
  • Oversee patient/customer relations, coordinating the resolution and accurate reporting of concerns and queries to ensure a high level of patient/customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all activities relating to facilities for the Clinic, reporting any health and saftey concerns and queries to ensure a high level of patient/customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train and lead the Clinic Host team to create a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional customer/patient experience.
  • Ensure all colleagues (clinical and non-clinical) have the correct documents and credentials and that these documents are monitored and updated as required by law and in line with CQC requirements.
  • Oversee finance activties relating to the Clinic including monthly payroll and accurate reporting of all payments and purchases.
  • Responsible for the procurement and upkeep of supplies including working with local pharmacists and our Clinical team to ensure the Clinic has medicines other clinical supplies are available as required for the booked appointments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT and Systems issues and liaise with the relevant third party team to resolve issues quickly to minimise service disruption.
  • Play an active role in representing the Clinic in the local community and establish positive relationships with stakeholders, to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role where the emphasis is on service delivery.Experience leading a small team of people to deliver results.
  • Experience in a role which requires complex time management due to the variety and unpredictability of some tasks.
  • Previous experience working with technology systems to deliver all or a key part of the role.
  • A high level of competence with MS 365.
  • Previous experience working in a CQC regulated environment would be an advantage.
