I'm currently recruiting for a prestigious private clinic based in West Central London. My client is looking for a professional Patient Coordinator to ensure that their high customer service standards are met at all times, whilst ensuring the best possible journey for their patients. The clinic is beautiful, and well situated with fantastic amenities. This is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills to grow and develop within a friendly, professional team.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication
IT skills, including Word and Excel
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure
Flexibility with regards to hours, breaks etc. (42 hours a week including a 1 hour lunch break. Shifts vary between 06:30-15:00, 08:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30 and 12:00-20:30)
The ability to communicate effectively, calmly and compassionately
Meet and greet patients
Liaising with Surgeons, Nurses and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the patients experience within the clinic
Managing and coordinating the diaries of 16 surgeons
Booking appointments , and updating patient records
Answering phone calls and email queries
Coordinate the running of surgery
Complete the end of day administration
Opening and closing of the premises
