Southdown is looking for a positive, skilled client database administrator to be responsible for day-to-day system administration of Inform our existing, Salesforce-based, client database which supports our work creating positive change for vulnerable people.

Working within our Digital Solutions Team - alongside another In-Form Administrator - the post holder will provide a responsive helpdesk facility for all In-Form users, set-up new services, action change requests and assist in training staff, as well as support the build and rollout of the new instance of the system.

At Southdown we have wide portfolios that often sit outside the standard job function; it’s a great opportunity to develop additional skills and work with a wide range of colleagues. There are opportunities to work across the business and be involved with the Automations and Data working groups, and support us to develop partnerships with colleagues across Sussex to enable better data sharing.

Over the longer-term we’ll be seeking input from the post-holder to support the procurement, build and roll out of a new Digital Client Care System for our Learning Disability Services.
