Client & Special Cars Data Lead

In your new role as our Client and Special Cars Data Lead, you will play a vital role in collaborating with suppliers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to oversee data quality and CRM projects. Your main objective will be to guarantee that Aston Martin possesses the most dependable and comprehensive customer data on a global scale.

To truly excel in this position, a sharp analytical mind is essential. Attention to detail and a strong focus on achieving results are paramount. Your duties will involve spearheading initiatives to enhance data quality and collaborating closely with suppliers on CRM-related endeavours.

This role is far from being a mundane data entry job, as it requires more of a strategic business approach rather than a purely technical one. You will be dealing with vast data sets and meticulously managing customer data and resources.

The Key Requirements...

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on CRM operations
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-focused background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, business, or related field or relevant experience.
• Project management skills

This is a permanent role based on our Gaydon HQ site working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There is an expectation of occasional travel on an as-and-when requirement.
