About

An amazing opportunity to join a growing consultancy company as a Project Manager. This company provide Project Management, Contract Administration, Development Management, and Employers Agent services, working for clients from both the public and private sectors. They oversee all stages of the development cycle from inception to completion, priding themselves on their value-driven services, meeting their Client’s needs on every project.

The successful candidate would have Client-Side Project Management experience working in the Residential & Commercial sectors & ideally be Manchester based. They would have an intelligent and cost-effective approach to projects and be able to foster and maintain Client relationships.

Information on the role

• Establish detailed client briefs & responsibilities of consultants & specialists
• Maintain communication with the client & design team
• Conduct feasibility studies, including site surveys, investigations, & evaluations
• Coordinate & obtain planning consents & necessary statutory approvals
• Manage finances & cash flow forecasts from inception to completion
• Interview & select contractors for tendering or negotiation
• Evaluate tenders & appoint contractors
• Chair progress, coordination, & project meetings
• Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project
• Provide single point of contact, taking responsibility for all aspects of the project

• with the client.

• Experience in Residential & Commercial Projects

• Excellent IT Skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Self-motivated
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Full driving license
