Client Services Executive

Your new company
Hays are recruiting for a Manchester-based law firm providing legal services and advice for both businesses and individuals. This business is looking to recruit a Legal PA on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for full PA support, administrative duties, diary and travel management. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal departments by delivering accurate information and PA support. You will book meetings and appointments, greet clients, support projects, write and format letters and documents, process expenses and any other duties required via the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within a PA role, within professional services. You will have an excellent telephone manner with great written and verbal communication. You will be well-organised with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to access the office Monday to Friday on a hybrid rota basis.

What you'll get in return
Salary is £27,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience, excellent benefits.
