Hudson Office Support are looking to recruit a fully flexible Client Services Coordinator to join our Glasgow based client, a top legal firm with high expectations on service.

Working as part of the Facilities team, this is a hybrid role which fully supports the client services and meeting space within the Glasgow office with a focus on delivering all services required by the firm's clients.

The client services team includes all elements from Reception to Hospitality to AV. You will have full responsibility for the delivery of service for all meetings with regards to audio visual requirements as well as room layout changes. The role delivers this from end to end, so offers the business advice and guidance on how to best setup client meeting spaces including their seminar suite.

Candidates will need strong coordination and organisational skills. You will also need to be flexible between the core hours of reception 8am to 6pm, but often events mean working from 7am up to 9 or 10pm possibly on an overtime basis.

As this role fits in to the Client Services team then there is an expectation of being hands on wherever required, which includes working on reception. A passion and enthusiasm for service is required, whilst technical ability and previous experience in delivering audio visual services is preferred it is not essential as training will be provided.
