We recruiting for a leading Investment Management organisation who are globally renowned for providing ongoing training, development and progressive career opportunities.
Due to an increase in business activity, they are now seeking a number of Customer Service Associates, within their Client Services, Retirement Solutions division.
These roles play a large part in first line customer care and customer relations and after receiving your induction training, you will be work on your own portfolio of account issues. You will be specifically responsible for managing all levels of operational resolutions on customer accounts, and responding, by letter, email and telephone to incoming queries from customers. This can include investigating and resolving queries, account updates, market news, as well as providing further information on other products and services on offer etc., predominantly around the retirement market.
As someone who is ambitious and motivated, you will already possess experience in providing an outstanding customer service, gained within a corporate environment, or within customer/client services. Pensions experience is not essential as full product training can be provided.
Additionally, it is also essential that you are someone who is organised and able to manage their time in a productive manner, coupled with the ability to learn in a quick and efficient way.
