Following a move around within the team, I am recruiting for a Client Service Delivery professional for a business located in Swindon, with free, on-site parking. You will work within a small team, delivering exceptional, technical client service to around 700 clients, based around the UK. This is not 'just' an inbound customer services role - this is a role where no two days will be the same, where you will play a pivotal part within the day to day runnings of the entire business. The hours of work are Monday to Fridays, office hours, with a starting salary of £25,000,

As a Client Service Delivery professional, it will be your responsibility to amalgamate yourself within all teams of this business to problem solve and challenge, whilst delivering exceptional, supportive client service.

This role will include a lot of administration and business support tasks, thorough, on-going product training, telephone based customer service and a clear development path throughout your career to include client visits, meetings and presentations.

*Inbound technical queries via telephone and email
*Daily communication with other teams in the business to support with answering client issues and questions
*Weekly and monthly reporting on performance
*Monthly reporting on finances
*Service delivery in agreed timely manner
*Manage customer expectations in terms of product availability and ETAs
*Complaint handling
*Project based working

Qualities needed:
*Knowledge in motor vehicles or power tools / mechanical qualification
*Happy and able to work within a very busy and very varied role
*Team player
*Technically minded - able to learn and hold a lot of technical information
*Take initiative
*Experience of working within a dealership (or similar) would be advantageous
