What does the job involve?

The role of Client Service Coordinator is to provide administrative support to a team of accountants, consultants or tax advisers by managing their schedule of work to be done; liaising with and following up clients to get the information we need; liaising with clients to schedule meetings; and holding your team accountable to get the work completed. Your role is to enable those in your team to deliver their work efficiently and within budget, and in a way that gives the client a great experience, so the team and the firm hit their fee targets.

What does success look like in this role?

When you’re succeeding in this role, you’ll be excelling at proactively planning ahead and coordinating the workflow of your team so the right jobs come in at the right time, and the team have the right information from clients to complete their work efficiently, accurately and within budget. You’re following up all outstanding jobs rigorously with clients and with the team.

In short, you’ll be making sure the cogs in your team are running smoothly, so there are no roadblocks, and client and statutory deadlines are met, and clients receive an excellent experience.
