Client Revenue Specialist - £35-45k – Central London – 6 Month FTC

We have a brilliant opportunity to join a fast growing Digital Media agency. We are looking for an immediately available candidate experienced in media/marketing agencies with strong WIP/Billing/Deferred & Accrued Revenue/Project lifecycle exposure.

This role will start as a 6 month contract and will go permanent for the right candidate.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for WIP (costs are invoiced promptly)
  • Ensure all instructions are received and Invoices are finalised according to month end timetable
  • Fortnightly meetings with Account Directors and PM’s to review their project financials
  • Understand and monitor the balances of Accrued & Deferred Revenue and WIP
  • Proactively reduce balances and escalate issues to the Finance Ops Manager
  • Ensure accuracy of Accrued Revenue calculation in line with time reports / project stage of completion
  • Regular reconciliations of jobs for Account Teams
  • WIP analysis including reconciliations for Auditors ensuring all projects are closed within 90 days of project completion
  • Ensure all jobs have budget trackers and fee calculators in place 
  Requirements
  • Experience in media/marketing agencies
  • Experience with Maconomy (finance system)
  • Experience in WIP, Billings, Accrued/deferred revenue
  • Strong communication
  • Good eye for detail
