Hays is working with a higher education organisation in Bristol.
Your new role
The organisation is looking for a Client Services Manager for around 4-5 months. You will support the business plan for the Venues and Events department, creating new and developing existing customer relationships. This is a full-time post, Monday to Friday, 35 hours, offering hybrid working. Pay for the role is £18.12 per hour + holiday. Main duties include:

  • Managing customer relations
  • Take responsibility for feedback from customer enquiries
  • Developing and creating positive relationships with clients
  • Use the Events booking system to proactively monitor client spending
  • Prepare information for customer review meetings
  • Meet prospective and existing customers via appointments, with a variety of organisations
  • Attend networking events

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in an events sales environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of event booking systems
  • Experience preparing event proposals
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience working in higher education desirable
  • UK driving licence
