My Client, a boutique firm of Financial Advisers based in the Luton area have created a new opportunity for an experienced CRM with experience of managing a team to join their well established and fast-growing business where their management take pride in providing their team an excellent work/life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

** As Head of the CRM team, you will motivate and guide a small team of Administrators responsible for their own team of client focussed administrators

** This is a highly Client focussed role supporting the Financial Planners and working closely with the Paraplanners.

** Take responsibility for also providing technical financial planning support for more complex cases.

** Excellent opportunity to develop processes.

** Ensure the team maintains the Client relationships while actioning business submissions, ensuring work is recorded, MI is up to date and client support is provided to the highest standard.

** Involvement with financial calculations, policy reviews and diary management.

** This role will suit an experienced Senior IFA Administrator/Team Leader who enjoys personal interaction with Clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners whilst leading a team of effective administrators.
