Role Info:

Client Relationship & Growth Manager
Hybrid Working - Home + Agile working across our offices in Oxford, Chipping Norton or Wallingford
Competitive Salary (Negotiable)
Plus Bonus, Benefits & Company Profit Share

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Leave: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Reporting to: Managing Director

Your Skills: Strong leadership and people skills. Excellent communication and objection handling. Proficient in sales methodology. Client Growth & Retention focussed in a services setting. Effective time management and multitasking. Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

The Client Relationship & Growth Manager Role:

In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our client acquisition strategy. You'll convert inquiries into loyal clients by exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Think of yourself as a client champion, uncovering needs, crafting compelling solutions, and guiding prospects seamlessly through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Conversion Machine: Master the art of qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and converting them into paying clients. Your persuasive communication and sales prowess will be instrumental in achieving an impressive 80% conversion rate.

Client Retention Champion: Building trust and exceeding client expectations is paramount. You'll proactively manage client relationships, ensuring a seamless journey and fostering long-term loyalty.

Team Leader & Coach: Fostering a results-oriented environment. Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to help them thrive.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage our CRM system to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. Sharpen your analytical skills to optimise our sales process and drive continuous growth.
