JOB TITLE: Client Manager

LOCATION: South Cerney

SALARY: up to £25,000, plus OTE

WAY OF WORKING: Full time | Hybrid

C4S Search are pleased to be working alongside a top technology provider, who’s focus deliver security, agility, and manageability solutions for clients, networks, and cloud technologies.

THE CLIENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Expand relationships with unmanaged partners to enhance engagement.
• Identify and promote new technology and services within a portfolio of up to 4000 unmanaged partner accounts.
• Conduct account profiling outside of designated partner base to uncover potential business opportunities where Client Managers are not assigned.
• Adhere to internal and vendor protocols and processes effectively.
• Update and maintain customer data in Oracle CRM system.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Surpass quarterly sales targets and new business performance metrics.
• Manage and update CRM database for designated account list.
• Assist the Sales team in handling incoming telephone inquiries.
• Comply with company policies and uphold the standards of the Company Quality Management System consistently.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Proficient in selling software and hardware solutions.
• Familiarity with IT channel sales dynamics.
• Proficiency in Siebel, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email, etc.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Goal-oriented and driven by targets.
• Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a polite demeanor consistently.
