Client Manager Accountant Job Vacancy

We’re delighted to be working with a thriving firm of accountants in Kingswinford who are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Client Manager. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building and maintaining client relationships, and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE and you’ll be an experienced supervisor of people. You’ll be able to oversee the workflow associated with your own portfolio, monitor deadlines, allocate work and oversee resourcing as well as ensuring that clients are supported to achieve all of their financial goals and measure their successes and direction of travel.

Job Purpose

  • Support a varied portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
  • Work closely with the Senior Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
  • Mentor and manage junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
  • Set an example as a hands-on and trusted Manager.

Job Requirements

  • ACCA or ACA qualified or QBE.
  • UK practice experience.
  • Previous experience nurturing client relationships within practice.
  • Supervisory level experience
  • Good basic knowledge across accountancy services.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow and that of others.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen and creative ideas for new processes and growth.
