ProTalent are looking to speak with qualified ACA or ACCA professionals, who may like to join a dynamic accountancy practice in Croydon as a Client Manager. If you have prior experience working within a practice, a proven ability to train and mentor junior staff, and a successful track record of managing a diverse client portfolio, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accounting and financial matters.
  • Oversee the delivery of exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Review and supervise the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts for clients.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and supporting their success.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
