Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Client Experience Specialist for our industry-leading client based in a head office location in Wrexham.

You will be the go-to contact for clients beginning their journey, driving memorable customer service whilst assisting with any queries and aiding the customer through the onboarding process. This is a superb opportunity to join a friendly, engaging and forward-thinking team.

Working hours: The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hrs. Typical working hours: M-F 09:00-17:30, however flexi-time is available. Hybrid working available.

Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving client satisfaction through excellent service
  • Ensuring clients have a great onboarding experience, supporting any queries and questions
  • Provide guidance and advice on products to ensure client's needs are met and they get the very best outcomes
  • Digital demonstrations of product, when necessary, support calls and touch points
  • Assisting customers to define their needs and advising on timelines and expectations
  • Review and validate data
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • GDPR compliance

Key Skills:

  • Self-motivated and responsible at managing workload and deadlines
  • A positive and confident professional that is adaptable to change
  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues and departments
  • Comfortable working compliantly with data
  • Sound IT knowledge, including MS Office package
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
