TechTarget is seeking a Client Consulting Associate to provide strategic and administrative support to our EMEA based Client Consulting Managers and customers. The Client Consulting Associate plays a vital role in driving customer success by supporting Client Consulting Managers who onboard TechTarget’s Priority EngineTM clients. In addition to onboarding clients, Client Consulting Managers are responsible for providing customers tips and strategies on how to use purchase intent insight, provided in Priority EngineTM, to enable their sales and marketing strategies. As a junior position, the Client Consulting Associate will have an opportunity learn & develop skills by shadowing senior members of the team. For example, they will learn traditional marketing strategies, the state of marketing technology & develop skills to support customer success and eventually take on management of their own Priority Engine accounts. This position will work closely with teams who touch the sales side of the business and the operational side of the business with the goal of offering our customers data driven, integrated strategic support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the EMEA based Client Consulting Managers; gather key performance metrics, interpret data,
  • Prepare PowerPoint reviews of Lead Generation and Priority Engine program performance for clients, participate in weekly meetings to discuss usage and use cases;
  • Build appropriate narratives, presentations and client communications that showcase client success, areas of optimization and upsell,
  • Assist with operational tasks related to Priority Engine integration with customers' marketing automation systems
  • Provide Client Consulting Managers administrative support including updating tracking documents; while shadowing the senior staff to grow and develop skills & knowledge
  • Other tasks as needed

Knowledge, skills, experience & abilities required:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 1 - 2 years marketing/customer success and/or equivalent course work preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform complex analyses;
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, ability to support multiple projects at a time;
  • Must be detail oriented;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Extremely strong writing and administrative skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems including Marketo, Eloqua, etc. a plus
