The role will see you responsible for handling initial client enquiries, answering their questions and leading them through the process - converting leads. Following this you will be required to keep communications high throughout the process, checking in with clients at every stage as well as handling the administrative tasks and updating the database. Some outbound calls will be required, following up on old enquiries and using initiative to bring in business.
Experience within a previous administrative/consultative role
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and handle high workloads
Confident with working towards targets
