CLIENT ADVISOR, PART TIME 30 HOURS PER WEEK 

Department store - Berlin, Germany 

About:

  • Italian luxury fashion brand 
  • The brand combines style, creativity and innovation 
  • Well established brand with lot of opportunities to grow professionally 

Responsibilities: 

  • To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times
  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales
  • To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories

Requirements: 

  • Relevant work experience in retail, luxury retail is preferred 
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
  • Energetic, confident and with a target driven attitude
  • Must be fluent in German, knowledge of  English is also a +

Offering: 

  • up to €38 000 annual basic salary, pro-rata, based on experience
  • Great bonus structure/commission  
  • Excellent benefits scheme
