Clerk of Works - ongoing Temporary - Nottinghamshire - Public sector - Residential
Your new company
You will be working for a public sector organisation in Nottinghamshire within the Residential sector.
They currently have a temporary Clerk of Works job due to a retirement within the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for liaising with and monitoring contractors on a day to day basis, ensuring maintenance and adaptation work on site is in line with specification. You will also have the ability to make suggestions and come up with solutions to work that has differed from original stipulation. You will spend the majority of your time on site but will also be required to create reports in office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as a Clerk of Works and have a wide knowledge of building regulations and statutory obligations. Experience with Residential projects is preferable but not essential. Driving licence will be required.
