Purpose of the Role

To ensure the site is maintained in such a way that all rubbish is removed regularly and that the building and floors areclean tidy and presentable to our customers & clients including wiping of down of external bins rubbish removal into waste bins relining waste bins toilet cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refuse collection from waste bins.
  • Litter picking
  • Cleaning toilets.
  • Dust control mopping.
  • Removal of dust and debris by suction cleaning.
  • Be aware of site specific duties.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous

Working Hours - 37.5 Hours a week – 0600 – 1400 & 1200 – 2000 

Salary - £13.15 Per hour
