Your role & responsibilities as an Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
• Assist teachers with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials.

Non-negotiables:

• Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting is preferred
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students
• Strong interpersonal and communication sills
• Basic knowledge of classroom technology and educational software
