HGV 2 Driver - Home Deliveries

LOCATION:                              Exeter 
RATE:                                       £15.50 - £23.25 ph
DURATION:                             Ongoing (TEMP2PERM)
SHIFT PATTERN:                    Wednesday to Sunday - 6am starts
START DATE:                          Available Immediately!

The Role
A fun and growing new team are looking to increase their driving fleet due to expansion and relocation! Full time hours available.  Apply now and let’s talk in more details (easy & fast application process) but here is the basics:

Job Description
  • Salary: £15.50ph
  • Overtime: £23.25ph (optional)
  • Working hours: 06:00am starts
  • Wednesday to Sunday shift pattern
  • 12-hour shifts (Approx)
  • Approximately 12-18 drops per shift
  • Location: Exeter
  • Duration: Temp to Perm (Full Time hours)
  • Full ‘on the job’ Training supplied

Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License with Class 2 (C) entitlement
  • Valid CPC Card
  • Valid Driver / Tacho Card
  • Aged 21 or older for insurance purposes
  • Complete a theory and driving-based assessment
  • Vehicle safety checks
  • Complete multi drop home furnishing deliveries within the local area to customers’ houses (Some heavy lifting involved - 2-person crew)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
