Class 2 Driver with HIAB

Our customer, a nationally known brand specialising in the manufacture and delivery of timber products are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver with HIAB licence to support their busy operations throughout the summer period. The customer traditionally needs support from April until early November so there is every likelihood of ongoing work. Your role will involve helping to load the products, transporting them safely and unloading materials using the HIAB crane. We are looking for reliable and professional drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Due to the locations of some deliveries, nights out may be required with payments to cover food etc

Benefits

    • £14.60 to £17.30 on PAYE - until the 1st April
    • £16.36 to £19.39 on PAYE Advance - until the 1st April
    • £15.60 to £18.30 on PAYE - from 1st April
    • £17.48 to £20.50 on PAYE Advance - from the 1st April

The Job:

  • Monday - Friday, usually a 04:00 start, minimum 8 hour shift per day with overtime opportunities.
  • Number of days will vary from week to week but this is a very busy company which is expanding year on year.
  • Nights out will be required (usually no more than 1 per week)

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 driving licence with HIAB Certification.
  • Proven experience operating a HIAB crane.
  • Valid CPC
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Excellent driving record with a focus on safety
  • Strong communication skills
