Class 2 Driver Newton Abbot

We are recruiting for a company who provide licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies. The company aims to provide the best possible customer experience within the industry, employing over 1500 staff across the UK.

This role is a temporary to permanent role for the right person.

• Salary £33,389.98
• 45 hours per week
• Start times between 06:30 and 07:30am
• 1 in 3 Saturdays with a lunch time finish

Main duties of an HGV 2 driver

• Physical and manual handling involved.
• The ability to help the warehouse when required.
• Responsible for completing delivery notes, return sheets and collecting payment.
• Responsible for the checking of run sheets, picked orders for your deliveries and routing.
• Maintain good communication with the depot.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Previous HGV2 driving experience
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No IN10, TT99 or DR10
